Commercial Eye Care Center

This project consisted of a ground up four thousand (4,000) square foot new construction optometrist’s office.  It was critical to maintain the safety and security of the operations in the existing building while the new building was constructed on the same site.  Safety was a particularly vital aspect of this project due to the fact that the existing building and the new construction were literally inches apart from one another.  Special precautions were needed to protect the new building during the demolition of the old building once the new construction was complete.  Our company completed all aspects of this project.
